Refund & Returns Policy – KNAZ FASHION

We want you to be happy with what you buy from us. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

Returns

  • You can return items within 7 days of getting your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with tags and original packaging.
  • Sale or clearance items can’t be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or color, we’re happy to exchange if the item is still in stock.
  • If it’s not available, you can choose a refund or store credit.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only given for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Once we get your return and check it, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the mistake was ours.

What can’t be returned

Some items can’t be sent back for hygiene or custom reasons, like:

  • Accessories (jewelry, belts, hats, etc.)
  • Undergarments and lingerie
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Gift cards

How to start a return

  1. Email us at support@skyblue-mink-804955.hostingersite.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Share your order number, the item, and the reason for the return.
  3. We’ll reply with the return instructions and address.
  4. Pack it securely and send it back.

Return shipping costs

  • If you’re returning because of a change of mind, you’ll need to cover the shipping.
  • If the item was wrong or defective, we’ll cover the cost.
